We are solely a third-party company that provides services related to auction car purchase, payment, and hauling. We therefore expressly exclude (and you hereby release Amaskcar LLC and its representatives from) any liability for fraud and money laundering by any customer that patronizes our services. 

We dis-associate ourselves from and are not liable for any customer’s involvement in fraudulent and money laundering activities, any misrepresentation by a customer (whether innocent or fraudulent) made in respect of the company and/or the services provided by the company therein.
